A home inspection in intended to provide a better understanding of the condition of a house and its major components. An inspection includes a visual examination of the home’s major systems and components, along with a detailed report featuring photos and explanations of findings and direction on addressing any defects and maintenance items.

Before the Inspection

Scheduling is simple and flexible. I'm working from your timelines and we'll find availability that works best for you. Once your inspection is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with appointment details and information about what to expect.

During the Inspection

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection walkthrough. This typically takes 1 - 1 1/2 hours and allows me to go over each of the components inspected and provides you an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the property.

After the Inspection

You’ll receive a detailed digital report with photos, findings and recommendations, typically within 24 hours of the inspection.
